Shipping within the USA shall be done by United States Postal Service, USPS, at flat rates, unless the weight and size of the shipment is too large to fit in the flat rate package. In such cases where flat rate cannot be used, the shipping rate shall be determined by the reasonable shipping cost of the carrier. Shipping in the USA shall take a reasonable time from 5 to 10 working days of receiving the order where possible. The seller shall not bear the risk once the goods have been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping internationally shall be done by United States Postal Service, USPS, international mail. A flat rate shall be used for reasonable quantities. However for quantities that exceed the flat rate cost, then the cost shall correspond to the cost of international mail package. International shipping shall take a reasonable time of about 2 to 3 weeks on receiving the order. the seller shall not bear the risk once the goods have been handed over to the carrier. For international orders, there may be duty imposed by the receiving country. The buyer shall be responsible for payment of duty to the receiving country where it is applicable.
The company and website shall strive to keep any collected personal data such as names, address, telephone numbers private. These and any other incidental data shall only be collected to the extent and for the purpose of delivering the purchased goods. Only information necessary to effect the purchase shall be collected. Credit card information is processed through Stripe which processes the encrypted information, and subsequently processes the payment and avails the payment to the Company. As such the Company has no access to buyers credit card information. The Company is subsequently not responsible for any third party actions and the third parties bear the responsibility. The Company and website does not access or collect the specific detailed credit card information for payments made, since this is all encrypted and handled by Stripe. SSL encryption is used to protect the credit card information used in the website for direct purchases. The Company strives to keep the website adequately safe for use by customers.

The responsibility for information collected by third parties shall lie solely with the third parties. The company shall not be responsible for any product damages occurring during shipping, or any delays in shipping not within the control of the company or website.
Parents are responsible for the use of their credit cards by their minor children to make purchases at this website. The Company and the website shall not be responsible for any purchases from the website made by minors or any effects arising from or associated with those purchases.
